All products from Elevate Marketing Studios are delivered digitally. Because digital files and trainings cannot be “returned” once accessed, all sales are final and non-refundable.

This includes:
• Website templates
• The Website Starter Kit
• Template+, TemplatePro, and TemplatePro+
• Digital trainings, AI resources, and the Edits Library

Semi-Custom and Custom Projects
Deposits for semi-custom and full custom website projects are non-refundable. Once your project begins, time, strategy, and resources are immediately allocated to your build. Please review your package details and timeline before securing your spot.

Upgrades
You can upgrade to a higher template level at any time. If you start with Template or Template+, you’re welcome to move into TemplatePro or TemplatePro+ later as your business grows. Simply reach out and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
