Frequently Asked Questions

  • Search your inbox for Elevate Marketing Studios or Squarespace. Check spam and promotions. Still missing. Send the form and I’ll resend it.

  • Links can expire or get tied to one account. Share your order number and the checkout email. I’ll refresh access.

  • No. Just accept the invite and you’ll be prompted to log in to your existing Squarespace account or set up a new one. Make sure the email on the invite matches your Squarespace account email.

  • One license equals one site. Need a second site? Grab another license for a discounted rate inside of your traning library.

  • You’ll find it in your welcome email along with a walkthrough video. If you purchased Template+ or Template Pro+, it’s also inside your training videos.

  • You do not need to install anything. Accept the invitation and the template opens in your account.
