Frequently Asked Questions

  • Search your inbox for Elevate Marketing Studios or Squarespace. Check spam and promotions. Still missing. Send the form and I’ll resend it.

  • Links can expire or get tied to one account. Share your order number and the checkout email. I’ll refresh access.

  • No. Just accept the invite and you’ll be prompted to log in to your existing Squarespace account or set up a new one. Make sure the email on the invite matches your Squarespace account email.

  • One license equals one site. Need a second site? Grab another license for a discounted rate inside of your traning library.

  • You’ll find it in your welcome email along with a walkthrough video. It’s also inside your training videos inside of Template+.

  • You do not need to install anything. We will send the tempkate directly to your email so you can started editing. Accept the invitation and the template opens in your account.
