Our Story

At Elevate Marketing Studios, we started with one mission:
Make websites easy for the people who build beautiful things for a living.

I grew up on job sites with my dad, a custom home builder, watching my family work hard for every client. Later, I worked in real estate, construction coordination, and marketing... and saw how outdated, overpriced, and overwhelming the “online side” of business can feel for the trades.

The lightbulb moment? A conversation on a flight that led to business mentorship and one clear direction: help contractors own their online presence.

I started with custom websites. But the same problems kept showing up:

Meet Courtney

Hi, I’m Courtney, founder of Elevate Marketing Studios.
I was raised in the trades world (Parade of Homes kid, right here), and I still carry that love for craftsmanship into everything I do.

Before starting this studio, I worked in real estate, construction coordination, and marketing — and saw how hard small service businesses work... with zero time to figure out the tech.

Now I help owners like you launch websites that finally match the quality of your work.

Outside of business? I’m usually with my husband, our baby, and our dog — on a walk, testing a new recipe, or checking out the local spots.

I genuinely love strategy, problem-solving, and that moment when a client says,
“I finally feel proud of my website.”
